First Howling : NOW

In 1st ALBUM [First Howling : NOW], the boys who gain courage by meeting a like-minded friend stand at the startline “NOW”, from which they step out into the world fearlessly, boldly, and with the power of unity, and declare their determination to change the world for the better. In their debut EP [First Howling : ME], they shout out their desire to change and confirm the existence of a like-minded “YOU”, and in their 2nd EP [First Howling : WE], they shout for the joy of finally meeting “YOU.” In [First Howling : NOW], the compilation of the First Howling series, the boys who are encouraged by meeting “YOU” stand at the startline of their adventure toward the future they dream of and howl with confidence “NOW.”
The compilation of the First Howling series consists of 18 songs featuring the four latest tracks including the title track “War Cry,” declaring the beginning of a new adventure and their new era, the Korean version of “War Cry,” the Korean version of “Road Not Taken” originally featured in the 2nd EP [First Howling : WE], and other previous releases. A incredible producing team including Grant Boutin, a young, up-and-coming producer, Grammy-winning hitmaker Ryan Tedder, and David Stewart, who produced BTS’ global hit “Dynamite,” came together to create a pop gem that depicts the boys uniting and standing at the startline of their adventure over a refreshing and rhythmic melody.
The third track “Really Crazy” portrays the feeling of being curious and excited about why you and I are so similar through catchy phrases and danceable disco-pop music with a city-pop feel. In “ALIEN,” produced by Soma Genda, who has been involved in &TEAM's music production since the debut, the story of a boy who meets “YOU” and starts to feel good about stepping outside the norm to try something new is expressed through an addictive chorus and a sophisticated sound.
The album was produced by a top-tier lineup of creators from around the world, including Bang Si-hyuk (“hitman” bang), who played a key role in the birth of BTS, as well as newcomers like Grant Boutin, Ryan Tedder, David Stewart, Melanie Fontana, Bendik Muller, Daniel Kim, Somma Genda, and HYBE music producer Slow Rabbit.
